Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. All orders are shipped immediately, unless they are being held due to your zone. You can find more information regarding zones here. If you ordered near the end of the week, your order will be shipped the next week. We don't like orders sitting at Fedex or the Post Office over the weekend. We ship 4 and 5 day transit orders at the begining of the week, followed by 2 and 3 day transit orders in the middle, and 1 day transit orders on thursday and friday. Therefore most orders will be received later in the week.
Q. I ordered snails and they haven't moved since I dumped them in my pond, are they dead?
A. They most likely aren't, snails are very shy when entering a new environment. Also when a snail dies it's shell will float on the top of the water, use this as an indicator.
Q. My plants died on arrival?
A. This happens rarely, but if your plants died on arrival then you have 7 days to notify us and we will replace them or issue a refund. Email your order number, full name and plants that died to email@example.com
