Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. We will hold orders based on what climate zone you live in unless you request us to ship them as soon as possible. Usually once May hits all orders go out immediately unless we are shipping to a northern state and have tropical plants or water lettuce on your order. You can find more information regarding zones here. If you ordered near the end of the week, your order will be shipped the next week. Plants don't need to sit an extra transit day in a box on Sunday, so we accomodate for that. We ship 4 and 5 day transit orders at the begining of the week, followed by 2 and 3 day transit orders in the middle, and 1 day transit orders on Thursday. Therefore most orders will be received Thursday or Friday.
Q. My plants died on arrival?
A. This happens from time to time depending on the amount of heat the box sits in during transit, so if your plants died on arrival then you have 30 days to notify Paypal and we will replace them or issue a refund. Email us a picture of your plants that died to email@example.com
